Real estate is also a business involving many agents. Developers, stewards, architects, consultants, brokers, engineers and other construction specialists: real estate professionals are often agents bound to their clients by mandate agreements.

Sometimes, without even being aware of it, you will be bound by a mandate agreement, since in many cases, a contractual relationship that does not have the characteristics of another agreement (particularly employment contracts or service contracts) will be subject to mandate rules.
